Competition campaign with personalised direct mailings for regional customer acquisition in 44 cities

​

Recipients across Germany were surprised by a fragrant mailing (thanks to scented varnish) in their letterbox. The sender was a nearby travel agency, which invited them to take part in a creative competition: three fragrant scented oils were to be matched to the correct cruise itineraries. This was the ideal opportunity for personalised advice at the POS.
